I   Data protection   I

As the person responsible for the operation of the webshop (hereinafter the service provider, data controller), as the data controller, he / she acknowledges the content of this legal notice as binding on him / her. We undertake to ensure that all data processing related to our activities complies with the requirements set out in these regulations and in applicable national and EU legislation.

The service provider considers the protection of customers' personal data to be of paramount importance, and respect for its customers' right to information self-determination. It stores customer data in its administration system in electronic form for the duration of the order. 
The purpose of data management: shopping in the webshop, ordering, issuing an invoice, registering customers, fulfilling orders, documenting purchases and payments, fulfilling accounting obligations, customer contact.
Legal basis for data processing: data processing is necessary for the performance of the contract [Article 6 (1) GDPR. Article 6 (1) of the GDPR. (c), having regard to the TV. Section 169 (2).
Type of personal data processed: identification number, date, time, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, name of the purchased / ordered products, quantity, purchase price.

In the case of credit card payments, the details of the credit card and card payment transaction are handled by Braintree.  

Order confirmation: a message sent by the Customer to the e-mail address indicated when contacting the Service Provider, in which the Service Provider confirms that it accepts the Customer's request and thus an Individual Contract is concluded between the Parties at the same time as sending the confirmation.

 

Delivery by: Hungarian Post Services- Magyar Posta Zrt. or GLS.

I   General terms and conditions  I  

The Customer selects the product he / she wishes to purchase on the Website, and adds it to his / her shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon. After placing the product in the cart, the Customer can choose whether to continue the purchase by clicking on the relevant icon or to view his user cart by clicking on the relevant icon to complete the purchase.  

The Customer reviews the data of the selected product in the user basket interface, accepts the Service Provider's General Terms and Conditions and Data Management Information by clicking the continue button, then clicks on the progress icon and enters and stores the data required to fulfill his order on the next page.

 

Then, by clicking on the order submission icon, the purchase summary information will be displayed, and the shipping cost will be added to the price of the selected product.

 

If the Customer wishes to finalize the purchase according to the summary data, he can do so by selecting one of the payment options offered by the Service Provider by clicking on the “Send Order” icon, which click is an order with a payment obligation towards the Service Provider. By clicking on, the Customer expressly accepts the parameters of the displayed products, in particular their price, the amount of shipping costs and their wearing.

The Service Provider does not provide delivery and payment options beyond the delivery and payment methods displayed on the Website, individual delivery and payment requests can be agreed upon at the e-mail address indicated above.

An Individual Contract for the transfer of ownership of a product selected by the Customer shall be concluded between the Parties at the time the Service Provider sends an Order Confirmation to the Customer. Details of the Individual Contract are included in this order confirmation.

 

In the unforeseen event that the Service Provider is unable to fulfill the Customer's order for any reason, it shall inform the Customer of this circumstance instead of the Order Confirmation, in which case the Customer's refund amount.

The Individual Contract concluded in accordance with these GTC shall be considered a written contract, the provisions of the Individual Contract not regulated in the GTC shall be stored in the Service Provider's system in the form of its choice, provided that the Customer receives an extract from the Order Confirmation by e-mail.

Until the "Place an order" icon is clicked, the Customer has the opportunity to correct the information provided by clicking on the options at the top of the page (Cart> Data> Shipping> Payment). After that, the correction of the data can be requested from the Service Provider in the e-mail sent to it.

 

The Service Provider does not check the correctness of the provided data, it is presumed to be correct and real data, the Customer is responsible for the correctness of the provided data,

 

The language of the Individual Contract is Hungarian in all cases.

The Customer's legal declaration for concluding a contract will be received by the Service Provider if the order has been placed. An Individual Contract will be concluded between the Parties at the time when the Order Confirmation is sent to the Customer by the Service Provider.

 

The Service Provider shall not be obliged to enter into a contract during the performance of its activities.

 

The Service Provider provides the Website required for concluding the Contract, however, this does not mean that it is obliged to provide the Customer with the technical conditions for accessing the Website, the Customer is obliged to provide these conditions to itself.

 

According to these GTC, the data of the Service Provider's server clock has been used for the relevant acts and declarations.
