The story is told in a picture. Actually its not just the world, it's about the Soul. The Soul is an acting agent that shifting gears in everyone's life.
Difficulties, issues, we need to deal with, relationships are here to help us realize who we are, why are we here. It's the same with the my paintings. Codepainting - Portrait of the Soul
Why a picture
Codepainting is all about visual communication. I have to paint these images, because of the way they get recieved. I paint the information- you see it, you see everything in the same minute.
Not just the parts of it, like when I'm telling a story, I need to make the story linear- there has to be a "begining and an ending", first the good news and then the bad news"- to make it clear.
In an image- I can make you get it, at the same time. You'll see the begining and the ending, the prety side of things and the truth, and ugly side of them, all at once, and you won't be confused. The rational mind will have difficulties dealing with what it sees, but the irrational, the holistic, the visual understanding - the right brain won't.
"You have to see yourself" - that's how you understand yourself, and realize what you have inside. Confidence is not something the outside world can give you. If it's real if it comes from inside- you need to know yourself for that. Know your worth.
Body-Soul-Spirit
The painting can work in three level- it works on the emotional level, on the mental and also on the phisical side, because deep burried informations, memories can resurface. Even if the rational mind is not aware of it- it starts a deep cleansing, helping you to find your way.
